What a great show!! I wasn't going to go, ticket prices were ridiculous! So I didn't buy tickets when they went on sale - I decided to wait and see if I could win a pair from K*102! And I did! Those seats were lower level, in the back of the Target Center - But then we didn't use those either!
About 4 hours before show time Target Center opened up 100+ seats!! We ended up buying tickets anyway - we were about 20 rows back on the FLOOR!! People always ask me how to get good seats - that's how - you wait! The "good seats" are never available to begin with.
Deryl Dodd opened, I like That's How I Got To Memphis & A Bitter End - those are the only songs I know from him - a certain station around here doesn't play his music either...
Faith did her show first - is it just me or does she look like Malibu Barbie? She was ok, I like "country Faith" better!
After Faith's show Tim did his thing! He's AWESOME!! It was so nice to actually see him. Last time he was here I was standing in the pouring rain at Fan Jam '99!
After Tim's show, Faith came back and they did 5 or 6 songs together!
After the concert we were hanging around
outside the Target Center by the buses.
Other people were too, hopeing Tim & Faith
would come out (they were long gone!)
We had to say hi to Steve - Faith's Keyboard
player. He remembered me from the Phil Vassar
thing at the Mall of America in February!
We chatted him for a little while, he's such a nice guy!
Bet ya thought that little Meet & Greet star () meant I met Tim or Faith - nah - who wants to meet them when you can meet the GREATEST keyboard player ever - Steve Hornbeak!!
