This was another showcase K102 invited members of their Music Advisory Panel to come too. This time it was MCA Records Nashville's hot new artist Shannon Lawson!! "Shannon sings the song Goodbye On A Bad Day which is climbing both the K102 and national charts. Shannon came into the K102 studios a couple months ago and blew everyone away with his big voice and cool songs. Shannon has an incredible voice! He had two other guys with him (a fiddle player & a bass player) and their harmonies were so awesome. His sound was mixed... not all his songs sounded the same. He did some blues and bluegrass. His album comes out June 4th! My favorite song was Dream Your Way to Me
After his performance, he did a Meet & Greet for the Radio VIPs backstage. When he was done with them he came back out signed a few more autographs for the rest of us who were still hanging around!
