urban Fan Club Goes Hollywood
keith urban’s fan club held a movie-themed party Tuesday morning at Nashville’s Belcourt Theater, a movie house built in 1925 that briefly was home to the Grand Ole Opry.

Fan club staffers wore popcorn T-shirts, and some of urban’s fans turned out in costumes from their favorite movies. There was a Seven Dwarfs sighting early on, but the diminutive crew disappeared before urban’s meet-and-greet.

There was supposed to be a costume contest, but urban decided it was too hard to pick a winner. Everyone who wore a costume won the prize -- more meet-and-greet tickets.

urban had the audience write down requests, then he drew them randomly from a large drum. Fans heard their favorite urban songs, and when it came time for "Where the Blacktop Ends," a lady from Kentucky yelled out that she wanted to hear his bluegrass version of the country hit. The audience applauded in agreement. They got what they wanted as urban showed his stuff.

A few fans presented urban with a leather Chevrolet jacket and a scrapbook to be used in a fundraising effort for St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis. (Fans pay $5 to write a personal message in the scrapbook.) urban talked earlier in the meeting about his involvement with St. Jude. Reading an entry in the scrapbook, he seemed to get a bit emotional.

A male fan joined urban on stage for a duet, drawing an enthusiastic response from the audience. The meet-and-greet followed, with 350 people waiting patiently for a turn to meet urban and get his photo and an autograph. (June 12, 2002 ~ CMT.com)

A great company that uses points that you redeem (1000 points=$10). They'll usually give you a screener survey for 20-30 points and if you qualify, they'll ask you to continue on to a larger survey. These usually start from 300+ points. You'll get two surveys to start off - less than 5 minutes apiece. Only then will your account be activated. Be careful not to delete it as spam.
They usually pay $5-$20 bucks a survey. There are some for less than that, but the surveys are pretty painless.
